The FN Model D, presented in-game as the Model 1930 variant and chambered in 7.92mm, was introduced into the game with the start of Battle Pass number 9, which started on 19 April 2023. It is available to both German-Italy and Japan factions.
Albeit the fact that this FN M1930 chambered in 7.92x57mm Mauser was provided for the Chinese Nationalist Army, it is available for the Japan faction, which confronts United States in Pacific Theater; and Germany (with Italy) faction in-game. The reason is a barely reasonable “captured”, as for the former, IJA does not have any other weapons that use 7.92mm ammunition, except for the Type 98 and Type 100 aircraft machine guns.
