No one want to play with bolt sniper or default tank teammate in BRV

I deserted yesterday for the first time since they implemented their “Super max” penalties and to be quite honest, didn’t notice anything much different then when I had deserted in the past. 
And from the amount of deserters I continue to see from each game, if this new penalty has been implemented it apparently “ACCOMPLISHED NOTHING”. Penalties aren’t gonna work, but I will continue to laugh every time we call for them.
Get rid of the rank, get rid of the w/l % and give more silver or experience for those who complete the game, and give NOTHING to those who desert. I can desert and still get credit on my tech tree research, or be able to cash in TT coins. Take all that away.

Well then that would explain why nothing seemed different. 
To be honest, I did not like the map, and was curious to see what happened in the new penalty system so I bailed. But I played one game where six people deserted, and the vast majority had usually about four. I played a lot last night for the first time in a week trying to do my 20,000 points and the event thing.
