I probably was maxing my Axis the same as you. I should look over my old screenies to see if we ever crossed paths. I had cross play enabled for I think the first 1200 Games maybe? And it was almost pure Berlin Axis (I had VG2’s on Everything just because the Mag was bigger). With some sprinkling of Moscow (wife loved Moscow) and then Normandy, which Hurt a lot, and I only played to get a break from the other two.
I haven’t had a chance to revert the other campaigns back to some more balanced loadouts yet (Tunisia and Stalingrad are fine, I played those without META for vast majority). But I have every intention of once the Rally is up, Rotating my 9 Man Infrantry, 9 Man Garat 08, and 9 Man Label in Berlin from here on out.
The gameplay felt so good last night, that I didn’t want to stop playing (Damn work and sleep requirements of being an Adult).
Good thing I was a Red Orchestra 2 veteran so I’m cool with the bolt action buffs since they are deadly on that game. I guess I’m more on the mid point because of my lineups.
It is nice to be sure, but I generally got one hit kills before most of the time with the bolt actions, as I generally used the Carcano 1891 buffed out, and that gun was great, now it’s even better.
I think though that part of this is the instant gratification aspect, the guy is dead in one hit, before it might of taken two to kill them, but are you really getting more kills on average now…
