During the Battle of the Bulge, USA forces sometimes improvised to create winter camouflage for themselves and their equipment. An event squad with improvised camouflage would be a nice addition to the allies.
The most plentiful of improvised equipment was bedsheets, which soldiers wore on their chests and helmets.
The first infantry division was known to do this, but we already have that division and several regiments in the game. One regiment we don’t have yet that participated in the battle of the bulge is the 26th infantry regiment.
Given that this event squad would focus on camouflage, I would recommend that this squad receive suppressed weapons. Such as the suppressed m1 carbine or heavily requested suppressed thompson.
Suppress M1 carbine uses subsonic .30 cal which would have very low velocity less than 343 M/s(The amount that you need to break the sound barrier)and is like carbine delise it cant fire semi-automatically you have to cycle every round manually so it will be bad like delise carbine
Ah, well I would still like to see it added anyway. Do you know of any other suppressed weapons that could fit this squad? All the other ones I found were British.
If I’m not mistaken M1 carbine suppressed was also British and the Thompson suppressed was also a British prototype to be exact RAF requested the Thompsons if you really want an American gun with suppressor right now I can think of 2 one being Hi Standard HDM Pistol and other being Hotchkiss M1909 Benét–Mercié with maxim suppressor I can’t send pictures of them since I’m on phone but you can search them also I think there was a winchester lever action rifle with maxim suppressor anyway gonna search for them tommorow

Other than these there target pistols with Maxim silencer
beside these there is Remington pump action rifle and Winchester model 1903 rifle (Semi-automatic)(This one could be good replacement if you are looking for semi-automatic rifle that is suppressed)
Oh and there is Winchester 1894 .30-30 with suppressor this one is lever action(About the second image these weapons are Teddy Roosevelt weapons the top one is model 1886 and other it is “little 30” Winchester 1894 suppressed )(Little 30 is the name of the suppressed gun)(Again the Black and white pictures use different pattern of suppressors but both are Maxim suppressors)
Also coldest winter since you are suggesting silenced weapons I think its better to add 1st special service Force
It was a elite squad that these silenced guns suit them better
