So I’m debating on buying the suppressed set of weapons, do they travel through each campaign? Like if I bought the battle of stalingrad suppressed ppsh could I use it on Normandy or would I get that campaings variant?

You can transfer only in Campaigns where you could buy the same Gun
Russia Gun 
Russia Campaign, if there is the same Gun as Gold Order.

Normandy Allies Russia Moscow
Does not work, because different Gun Options selectable as Gold Order
You can not transfer a Gun which is not already in that Campaign,
but you could buy 4x Silenced ERMA and send them all in one Campaign

Basically you can transfer any gold weapon, as long as the receiving campaign also have (or had) that weapon to sell here.
For silenced weaponry, Get the Soviet Bramit smg. It’s just… there’s no flaw on that smg. It’s perfect. Accept no substitute.
