Battle rifles need their spread reduced

I mean they were an improvement over bolt-actions, in long range they were as reliable as the former as long as not fired at a quick rate.

i mean depending on how fast you shoot either keep spread or increase recoil to compensate

there was barely any dispersion on the MP38/40, cause of the slow rate fire, but guess we just gonna forget about stuf like that
