I do not want to sh*t on this game, cos I personally enjoyed it until a few minutes ago. I’ve got one question: why am I put against a guy with 25th campaign level with p38-j and jumbo Sherman while I got shitty puma, his one flight with p38 killed like 7 whole squads on our side, and when he spawned as jumbo or M4A3E2 he was unkillable. How can I progress if the moment I spawn I get bombed or blown into pieces by 75mm HE. He ended with 117 kills, 430 assists, 6920 score. After 15 minutes the match was over ( invasion ), we couldn’t even reach the objective because we were spawn killed by him. Nice balance Gaijin.
Mad Because Bad? Theres ways to deal with all of those vehicles with the first few squads. Detpacks are the strongest AT weapon ingame, and an AA gun can fix the plane thing, or even rifle rounds thanks to a terrible damage model.
Build AA to shoot down the plane
And if he comes in the Jumbo throw detpacks on his engine deck or into his tracks after cooking them
Surefire ways to deal with both.
Hell you could take him down in your 110 as well if you played it right.

I dunno what you on about. You can deal with the aircraft and tank easily. That is All.
There’s no good reason to balance the game around bad players either as it ruins it for everyone who is competent to even the slightest degree.
Detpacks arent an excuse for the Jumbo, the Jumbo is immune to all german tank guns currently in the game from the front so it is THE vehicle for tank duels right now, the germans cannot even unlock an equivalent heavy tank
In war thunder (the game in which the damage model for tanks that enlisted uses was first developed), the Jumbo has a 5.3/5.0 battle rating depending on game mode, the Puma has a 2.7
The P-38’s strafing ability isnt really a problem though

because facing a jumbo with a puma, when that dude stands in his spawn, killing all your team tanks, you can shovel that explosive pack up your ***.
normandy AA are too slow to be effective, unless the guy is going in a straight line, which most of the time, if they don’t kill their selves, they will most likely fly at low attitude and the AA it’s slow to keep track of the airplane, not counting trees stopping bullets. so not a valid point either if you ask me.

just because i grinded more, or payed more, doesn’t mean those people have to face end tier equipped squadrons. will most likely kill their willing of players to touch this game.
and i think we all need new players.
but if you are going to play a single player game on your own, be my guest and keep making false statement accusing the player base when someone is not capable.
Skill =/= ability to compete without equipment

Point 2: You get a plane to dab on other planes with early on at level 4 which is like four-five matches played
Point 3: You start with detpacks in each squad to dab on any tank that isn’t a Puma

I can smell the angry from here. But a detpack is still the most common and also the STRONGEST AT option in the world. If you cant kill a heavy tank with it than IDK what to tell you. Also the planes will fly straight for runs so if you cant clip them with the AA guns I also dunno what to say to that.

doesn’t mean anything if you start with packs?
for example, during normandy invasion, he can just " chill " in his spawn shooting at the other tanks without getting killed by any tanks, and not even tnt packs, because he is in the boundary zone where no one can get acess.

and again, once you get the hand on the plane, it’s not that hard avoinding AAs. and to perform a strife run you don’t have to go in a straight line…

90% of my tank kills on both campaigns are with the detpacks given when you get when you start.
I’m not being selfish if I use the very solutions i suggested that’s just asinine.

Lets just add the Tiger since we already have dead Tigers there/ on the maps (which seems to were in combat before they burned out)… or remove the Jumbo and replace it with the M10.
Battle Rating isnt something for now as the super gold whales would get mad that they cant use their gear.
