Battle pass soldiers' perk points

So, with the new BP season I have a question - will the gold order soldiers finally have the maximum amount of perk points per their rank and class?

p.s for the thread, i think i’ll get one, and tell you if they will be. ( i actually like having gold order troopers despite all their problem… such as having no actual distinguished and different feature from the others… ( like, most of them do not have optimal or all points, nor a different cosmetic… not even the medal it self )

Maybe yes. They will be with max stats.
Like in this BP where I bought 2 gold soldiers (2 engineers for Tunisia Campaign) and they’re with max stats.
