Simpler explenation is that they didn’t know what it was, they just lifted the skin, gave it a quick once over to check if there was anything obviously and apparently wrong with it, and then decided to add it to the game.
I blame laziness, common DF symptom.

I think recoil is fine(Considering it seems to fire mortar round) , but yeah I noticed that the drop rate it too much , I feel like it should be adjusted

This would’ve been infinitely times better then the cringe ass anime plane skin. Seriously, who’s idea was it to add it into the game as a skin, cause they need to be terminated immediately. (Aka fired for a nicer word)
