Battle of Berlin Tanker 2 outfit

In Battle of Berlin campaign, I intended to make my tank commander who is a tanker 2 to get an officer cap for his outfit, but I have tried over hundred times switching him between reserve and the tank’s seat, it is not working.

And it is interesting that one of my tanker 1 is very easy to get the cap, just few times attempt only, and it does not only happen once!

So I would like to know whether tanker 2 is not available to get an officer cap, or there is any trick to get the cap.

I don’t think the Tanker 2 class in Berlin has that as a option. Don’t quote me on that but I’ve never seen it. Personally I’d just wait until they add uniform customization to the other campaigns it will come it’s just a question of when
