More reasons to stop treating the game seriously 
Full squads of FG-42, AVS-36 and M2 carbine has done it for me, not realistic at all.
Clearly it has the capability to go further in that direction!!

you must have miss Summer event it’s a reward after completing some tasks.

Fedorov is too old weapon. He is more likely to be seen in Moscow.
The Soviets in 1945 had much more modern prototypes to choose from.
