And what about my fortifications getting a ton of assists due to actually protecting my team. I’m an experienced player, I know how to use engineer. I was not just running around and building shit

I was never really bothered by battle awards. Only now when we have more people playing and battle awards are actually somewhat important for getting xp
I never said it was lol. If anything it should be rewarded to who actually builds defenses and support buildings.
Easy/ quick explanation: kill more people that other engineers with your engineer squad and you get the “best engineer” medal
No, I dont think anyone salute this. Just pointing out how it’s coded today 
Battle awards are more or less meaningless, but they could avoid making them totally insignificant by reworking the terms for how you get them.
Ah I get it now. I don’t really play engineer, so I didn’t quite understand how it worked.
