Generally speaking, the terrain is nice. need some map improvement with legends and general orientation on them.
Is there some update at the moment? Cause i couldn’t launch the match. It said that soldiers were not ready (tankers) and that they are missing a primary weapon.
Pokrovskoe city (Conquest)
Overall, I like this map both with the push mode as the conquest mode. there is enough symmetry for the matches to be fairly even balanced.
Beloe Lake
This map is a bit of a mess. Before tanks flatten all of the destructable stuff in the town, it is a very balanced, fair map with plenty of cover between A and C. After the tanks pass by, however, there is a severe lack of cover, allowing any coherent team to easily hold their respective A/C point, leading to a massacre around B which results in neither team being able to push ahead. The win-rate between the teams probably are balanced, but it isnt a whole lot of fun.
Vysokovo Village
The capture zones take a bit too long to capture, making it nearly impossible for the german team to win, as they have to hold the points for too long, while their respawn zones are much further away than the russian team. Furthermore, the trench layout heavily favors the russian side in terms of vehicle deployment. Pz3’s have to drive pretty far to get around them if they want to flank, or they just die in chokepoints by camping BA-11s. I think that the defensive side should also have to work with limited respawns, as right now they can just rush the capture point and throw bodies at the issue.
I feel like the invasion map needs some work.It’s feels like an endless meat-grinder which isn’t all that fun.There also a bug in the invasion map where if the Germans win the game won’t end,even if you kill all the enemies the game will drag resulting in a lose for the Germans.
The first point is a slaughter for whoever can take the gun fastest, it needs a second trench or another way to connect in so it is not a crap shoot, otherwise a great map.
vysokovo village id by far my favorite.
some open warfare / trenches and a vilage! what can i ask more!
well done, and everytime a GE team pushes we get the win.
i simply love it ! way more balanced for atackers than berlin one. atleast i m winning alot on this map

Edit: But seriously though. Those screenshots look amazing. I’m so upset that I still haven’t had a chance to play yet.
Well designed,
have lots of cover to move around
have destruction all over the place
the trenches are deep/large enough to bots/players move
spawn points are really well placed imo. but, easy to remember where enemy spawns and counter it, i feel spawn campers will be a thing here
overall trully amazing concept. everyway we look there is a soldier to shot at. and the objectives have ways to flank/cover and its an amazing game to push!
the satisfaction after a win as German player is priceless
the feel to spam all grenades on the first objectives trenches with all my soldiers cicling them with Y key and get 30/40 kills is priceless! ending games winning with more than 100 kills make this a satisfaction experience and adictive to break my personal records. as a competitive fps player on past i simply have to say amazing!
Pokrovskoe City
the urban part moving from house to house is on point here.
all houses are well developed with interiors/furniture. they arent empty like in heroes and generals , they give the feeling of a true city where once people live.
i like it as Assault, but i rarely play it that way … sadly.
as conquest, i usually go to C objective and control the main streats. prety easy to grind experience and get kills.
Beloe Lake (Conquest)
not my favorite one, too much bushes on the forest and on B objective house is prety much a KD maker.
the forest part could use one or 2 more houses/a shed to give the players spawning on lake side a option to move from A to B with cover.
Pokrovskoe City (Conquest)
Not the best map for this mode. Tanks were fairly useless for this specific gamemode for this map, and the games were heavily infantry based. There’s still a few spots where you can get onto roofs on the 2 story buildings, and I’m not sure if that’s a feature. Beloe Lake (Conquest)
This is a decent infantry map but with vehicles it’s a bit of a mess. Could do with a pure infantry skirmish in this map in general. The inital spawns as Soviets seems to be a bit far back specially with the Flamethrower units as they seem to be significantly slower than normal infantry and usually get shot before being able to get into town and do much. Vysokovo Village (Invasion)
Probably the best map paired with the right gamemode this rotation. A few bugs with engineers as emplacements get left behind as you are forced backwards and not able to construct more defences, but other than that, it was pretty balanced overall. It would be nice to be able to reduce the attacker capture once the defenders re-secure it.
the german panzer III b is suffering against the soviet BA-11 the BA is better armored,faster,faster reloading and it has better armor penetration, don’t mention the BA could kill the panzer IIIB form anywhere while the PanzerIIIB can’t kill it from the front and sometimes if you shoot a BA-11’s side some magic bounce happen and the BA turn to you and kill instantly. The buildings are nice but there are some problems: you can jump in the house but often you can’t jump out from the house, the ladders working strange sometimes when I try to climb a ladder in a house my character suddenly starts jerking, and sometimes I die because someone shot me down trough the house but the killcam shows no one and the house is wide enough to stop the normal bullets, these are a bit strange but mostly the game is ok.
Pokrovskoe City (Conquest)
this map is not my favourite at all , but in this game mode is less predictable as the other game mode available, you will find yourself shotting in all directions because at advansed stages of the match u dont know were the enemy is , its dinamic, and valanced in my perspective Beloe Lake (Conquest)
this is one of the best ones, this is one of the fastest maps ive played far, the town section is a caos, and trops run from the forest to the town and the town to the forest, there is only one thing i dont like with this map, tanks in the lake house part of the map are almost inmortal they just park at the out limist of the maps and shot the MG or HE and normal soldiers cant reach them to being able to kill them with the TNT, i gues thats a problem for now cause we dont have the Anti Tank Scuadron or The mortar Team yet. This is far the hardest map for German players , invading the diferent points against the heavy russian resistance is a hard task, and a lot of times the match are already lost from the begining,
let me explain, if in the first capture german team lost <200 reinforsments, its almost imposible to reach the last poing, and win the match, making the first 2 sections of the map the most important ones for the match , if germans lose there, the whole “invasion” is going to be a failure, despite that, its a fun and good map, i wish wee cound see an Asault mode in this map too
I notice that no matter what the map is, Germany loses. I’ve had some games where I get easily 120 kills, but we still lose. (I recognise that one person can’t win a match, but 120 isn’t insignificant.) Also with almost literally the entire team crowding on one point against almost literally the entire enemy team, it gets too crowded and it may get old quickly, so having perhaps several objectives to capture simultaneously might be better to reduce some of the meat-grinderness. Overall, the maps look very nice, but there still is that problem with infantry not having enough good-quality AT weaponry to take on a rogue enemy vehicle.
the only real advantage the russians have is the BA-11 vs the Pz3 with the BA-11 being much better.
the real issue is the average player skill. For whatever reason, there a lot of people with horrible kill to death ratio’s on the german teams. Note that if you have a squad size of 4, you need to get 4 kills per squad death (as that is what the death stat is) to have an actual KD of 1.00
the objectives are extremely small, it ends up just being a artillery fest. or a grenade fest. perhaps if the objective size was increased a bit this would resolve the issue, some of the best fighting i’ve had was on pokrovskoe city, as there a lot of opportunity for flanking

Vysokovo Village (invasion)
i love the way the game mode works, the location of capturing zones should be a bit changed, for example - the 2nd zone is located right next to the trench, why not put it a bit back, so players can use the trench in the advantage or either put it a bit foward, so the deffending point is the village,
and put the 3rd point in the trench?
the maps it self, are very well made. i love the terrain and most of all, all the maps are unique.
Pokrovskoe City
Good ol’ urban environment. much action inside the apartments, sreets and alleys.
the two problems ( in my opinion ) tank spawn. this is an issue because the b-11 much more faster and can get a better angle on germans pz III at the begin of the road, so i might suggest to put the spawns of tanks a bit further,
in assault, the russian spawns literally two feets away from the last objective. resulting in a really hard german victory. but maybe it’s just me.
Beloe Lake (Conquest)
this was present in the first alpha test if i’m correct, i love the changes made in the little town, with more covers and buildings. overhall, meat-grinder for tanks.
Vysokovo Village
one of my favorite map, it’s so increadibly well made, covers everywhere, defences in every corner, trenches, all the good stuf for let the player decide where to play his squad where he wants. and greats opportunity for flanking, sniping and defending. in my opinion, thiis map it’s the icon of this alpha test. never been such amazed by the ammount of details and beatyness in a map. and it’s made special by invasion.
the only trouble i encountered, were fences too much tallers, resulting in blocking AI path, and players time that tries to climb them.
