Thats irl. But how would it be implement to game raises my concern. You said it would give the squad a sprint boost a buff of some sort. But what happens if all of the bannerlords dies. it wouldnât be a much of use and like i said before its going to be a glorified rifle squad.
Oh and lets not forgot how the ai squad would behave when they finally reach melee distance

I agree on this one. The officer class would be a fine addition to the game. but it has to be balanced. for example only one officer can be added to the chosen squads. maybe instead of the officer class being able to build a rally point, the officer itself IS the rally point.
