Why when I get shot down and I bail out of a plane the pilot lands and the first weapon in his hand is an AP mine? 
I doubt that if I bailed out of a plane my AP mine would be the first weapon I would draw. 
On small occasions, he will have a knife in his hand but rarely does he have the gun in hand. I just thought that curious. 
I use the Ju188 German bomber as another paratrooper squad after being shot down, and the vast majority of the time he lands with an AP mine at the ready, so this is not the normal paratrooper squad I am talking about.

People shoot at a man holding a gun or a knife. Nobody shoots at a man holding a mine.

Is your exit button the same as your mine button? This happens to me all the time when i revive from being downed. And it usually screws me over a lot too.
No, my delete is my bail out button and when I choose an AP mine I roll the middle mouse to choose and drop it with my left mouse button. I play off the right side of my keyboard as the up-down-side to side are easier for me. and all my grenades are selected on my numbers keyboard. I don’t have any button designated for the AP mine, only select and drop with my mouse. My sprint and jump are the same, the INS button at the bottom of the number keyboard so when I sprint he jumps first then sprints.
