Backtrack, hitbox and planes

Let’s start with how ridiculous it is to see planes making unrealistic turns as if they were helicopters to get behind you.

Followed by the absurd recoil that weapons have as you advance in a campaign.

This particular weapon has so much recoil that even in close combat you end up losing sight of what you are shooting at.

Since I’m in a military academy, I know that all weapons have recoil, but this game is ridiculous.

In a game, as you progress, weapons are supposed to get better, not worse.

Then we have the hitbox. It’s extremely stupid how sometimes you shoot someone and miss them. Or how they kill you while behind a wall and endless other strange things like hitting a tree with a tank or an anti-aircraft gun or anything with a similar scope because you aim at something but you hit anything.

Like when you stand behind a window with the CANNON CLEARLY OUT and it hits the wall.

The times I’ve blown myself up with only anti-tank weapons when I clearly had half a gun outside the window.

I doubt they have even thought about doing any of that because with how long the game has taken in time they have not done it… Or they will come out with the typical “in the merger it will be done”

I forgot to say, that like every fps game on the market I have forgotten… You are supposed to be a trained soldier in the game, however the recoil, the running and a lot of other things make it seem like I was a civilian in “cosplay”

I can somewhat understand regular soldiers can’t use their rifles properly but when we Max out our soldiers they should be able to use their rifles properly.

yes but also your forgetting that all these soldiers would have marched, have minimum sleep, the fact that cardio endurance isn’t in the game, in game you can jump 10 tens in a row higher then a real person and so on
the recoil is fine for a game

That makes sense for attackers but doesn’t make sense for defenders when they’re just sitting around doing nothing.

It is important to note that the soldiers who served in World War II were not Navy SEALs. Most of the soldiers were just civilians who were drafted and received shortened training. In that respect, they were no different from civilians in costume. They actually gave their lives, though.
Even trained soldiers cannot absorb the recoil of a gun like in a Call of Duty game, and if you fire a full-size rifle round after round, the muzzle will point in the wrong direction. Also, if they run around at full speed wearing guns and ammunition, they will be exhausted.
I think the movement of the soldiers in this game makes sense, it’s similar to ArmA.

More in my favor, the tension of constant combat makes the body break limits, even more so if the heart is pumping adrenaline as if it were a diesel pump.

Have you seen that video of the Chechen soldiers with the M60? xd

I have never seen it.

5 Chechen soldiers in a line shooting m60 with the trigger at full speed walking as if nothing had happened.

Then one said that the recoil of the gun was psychological.

Well, light machine guns are heavier than rifles, so muzzle flip will be reduced. As seen in the failure of the M14 in the U.S., firing large ammunition continuously with a rifle is not a recommended use.

However, the machine guns in the game have even more recoil xD

Yes, I agree that some machine guns behave strangely. I find it doubtful that the Mg42 and others bounce around like that. Maybe it is realistic considering the rate of fire…?
Well, I have no experience shooting the real MG42, of course, so I can’t judge whether that one is realistic or not.

Since I am in a military academy, I can say that the recoil of the mg is absurd xD

Let’s see, if we are talking about a civilian who has never used a weapon in his life and without training. The weapon would knock him to the ground.

But we are talking about soldiers who, with or without complete training, spend every day shooting.

I have fired different weapons myself, and with the correct position the recoil is not felt.

If you fire the entire magazine at once, the gun will move but not like the game.

“and so on” the grainage in the cartridges during ww2 were also extremely powerful compared to the grainage in usage today is about 1/3 of that was was the common grainage in ww2 (remeber that ww2 rifles can and did kill upto 800 meters, compared to the 5.56mm that is only upto about 600-700 and 7.62mm that has 500-600 range )
weapons dont jam
all the maps are highlt unrealistic compared to the real landscapes
so yet again the recoil in the game is in a great place, how ever the dispersion is somethink that needs to go
