Just a question, do backpacks do anything in the game? For example the Small backpack and the Large backpack: 
Or are these just basically for accesories and what not?
They give you more space in inventory for medpacks and tools.
Normally you have only one slot. Small backpack adds the second slot (max 2). With big backpack you will have 4 slots

The backpacks purely give you 2 slots for medkits, 4 slots for medkits, there is another post I started stating this was not ideal, a large back pack should do more than medkits, look at the size of the large backpack.

I would like to see it add maybe some extra ammo or even a new type of inventory item. It does seem a little dumb that its just medkits.
