My answer is that we don’t need any more special treatment for the Soviet faction.
For what reason should the Soviets be the only faction with 3 TT SF rifles, one of which has completely inconsistent special treatment?
It would be used as justification to implement similar inconsistencies to other factions as well.

Whats so bad about more variation? Having full fire power vs crippling your mag capacity to get more total ammo? That isnt “special treatment” thats giving useful alternatives.
I don’t see proper variation in copy pasted weapons that differs only in mag capacity. (And possibly totally artificial inconsistencies)

Not to mention you can’t even put an engineer and AT gunner on their squad (you should be able to replace 2 riflemen for it though).

Do you understand that putting an automatic weapon in the rifle slot means the entire tier becomes full auto weapons? The ONLY tier that allows you to use automatic weapons in every slot is BR5. This is why assault rifles below BR5 are incredibly rare, and why there isnt a single select fire rifle below BR5 with an exception.
I am VERY AGAINST the Federov MG and Type Hei LMG existing in BR4. If BR4 becomes separated from BR5 these weapons will become monstrously overpowered.

Yep, especially since the introduction of Chinese event rifleman squad.
But from what I know/understand. That’s basically impossible. Because they would have to individually adjust squad of every player one by one.
In mass they can only add slots for additional soldiers.

There shouldn’t be two AVTs at one time in TT.
Doesn’t really matter if you will make old one legacy or just replace the old one with new one.
I really don’t like the idea of presenting copypasted content as new content for TT. That’s such a terrible premise.
