Quite sure you brought up the 21 smg’s & 150mm sturm.
While again the sturm being event reward but definitely worth of mentioning.
All this while we disregard bodyarmor because requires cosmetic cards.

So id say from your stand point its fairly difficult to see anything.

AVT has lower base dispersion and a lot lower modifier for movement dispersion.
Recoil can be controlled. Dispersion can not.
So just did some math and while the FG has a max dispersion of 5,06 when fireing from the hip and until you are fully scoped in.
The AVT has only 2,7 so it is almost half of the FG.

Not really, I’ve outlined the situation quite clearly. Within the context of the discussion about the combat rating 5 rate of fire and recoil of the FG are indeed better and more comfortable than those of the AVT. The other characteristics that you claim to be superior to those of the AVT do not have a significant impact on the balance. At close range, the FG is accurate, but at a distance, it fires in single for or 2-3 bursts.
But due to armor it wont really down with a single bullet unless you are in CQC so semi auto isnt viable but the AVT there is no such problem.
As we sad for my opinion bodyarmor is not an option to speak with about balance unless somethere in this game will be writen about its +10 protect
