AVT 20 Rounds

I don’t think much in this game is historically accurate. Hell, even the Enlisted game disclaimer is not accurate. “All characters appearing in this work are fictitious . Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental”. Hmmm, really?

Meet Audie Murphy, US Army decorated WW2 hero.
He’s in the game as a BP soldier.

SN-42 is only about 4 kg so its not that heavy, it may effect sprint speed a little but not nothing more than 5-10 percent which isnt a real downside.
The real problem is body armour blocks easy access to pouches but soldiers still reload with full speed and dont have any ammo penalty whatsoever.

Also 10% damage reduction also applies to the back of the soldier that is unprotected so its really a stupid mechanic that should be removed and body armour kept only as a cosmetic.

while being completely useless against rifle rounds, unless fighting at 500m distance +

It’s useless against melee weapons as well. Godzilla wouldn’t stand a chance if people fought him with Enlisted melee weapons. :yum:

also the thing with body armor, in reality it would work like tank armor - either no penetration or full penetration.

Damage reduction is very rarely a thing that can be expected from body armor in the real world.

That’s not true - even if penetrated both tank and body armour can reduce the energy in a projectile to the point of uselessness behind the armour - in hte British 1945 tank damage assessment there are a few cases where the entire shell is fund inside hte tank having done no appreciable damage after penetration.

the important difference is that a tank is “empty” inside, however behind the steel of the body armour is the human body directly which will absorv some of the damage even if the bullet fails to penetrate, another important difference is that there is no spaced armour for a bullet to stop, it will reach the human body if it does go through the armour.
This can also be seen with tanks, even the shell that didnt penetrate transfers its movement energy to tank that will in turn hit any unlucky crew members, in fact the most common injuries of panzer crews were nose bleeds and teeth loss.

Never said it can’t

If avt-40 is “historical”
【Enlisted】如果Avt-40是历史的....._演示 :innocent:

Unless I’m mistaken, I believe ALL gold orders soldiers in the game are based on real persons.

The game specifically says that’s not the case.

I don’t know if all gold order soldiers are based on real soldiers, but it wouldn’t surprise me, as I would doubt that DF only used two American soldiers, but, their disclaimer says that’s not the case. Personally, I don’t care in fact I think it’s cool that they use real persons, but it’s the very first inaccuracy you come acrost in Enlisted when you sign into your game. Then you start playing and see a whole list of inaccuracies, but, it’s just a video game. :yum:

i mean there is literally a picture of General Patton and Mongomery in the game so i think it just some sort of “legal” protection. After all you dont want some random relative of them to sue the game for basically infinitely killing their family member or something like in COD case where that guy in prison sue them because they “portray him in a bad light” or something like that.

Yeah, it’s not a big deal to me, I just find it amusing, especially when people are always questioning the accuracy of the game. I think the only real life person’s are the gold order soldiers with medals, as I went and checked one of my German gold order machine gunners, and found him on Wikipedia. My other German gold order machine gunner I don’t know his name since I had changed it to Hans Schultz, the fat German POW guard on the 1960’s TV show Hogans Hero’s
Heinrich Enlisted
Heinrick ww2

Hans Schultz, Hogans Hero’s.

Improvements to USSR select-fire/automatic rifles, or adding other improved weapons, have been forwarded to developers recently.

I hope that “faction X needs a good weapon of type Y” doesn’t overshadowed the “does it even have anything to do with WW2?” side.

FINALLY

I hope USSR will get smth good this time
