While there were no merceries in WW2 many private citizens served in the armed forces of other nation the Flying tiger were only one. any countries like China fought with both Japan and US. my idea is for a faction that could serve any or multiple factions. A grab all for gears and units that dont fit into any current faction. I know a horrible idea but the only way to get to good ideas is to think of all ideas if ideas you dont like. French units, Spanish units, Chinese units and weapons. tell me how great my idea is tell me how bad my idea is just be polite. Perhaps even units and weapons of neutral nations . places blindfold down and lights cigarette.
