a friend and Player of mine has that problem,
the game is asking him about that Code…where can he get it…

There is no authentication code, go look wtfk you friend has installed
he played then Game with me , already for Hours/Days…
and as it looks YOU are not an ADMIN …so no help from you…please stay out of it, if you cant help.
Ah sorry probably some one wo play this game from an year cant help you 
oh ok you have rigth an admin only with two words written by you is able to find your friend problem and resolve it with a snap
Let me more clear what answer you expect if you say “my friends need the autentication code of the game” of a game wo dont have it?
he probably has 2FA.
