Attrition Concept introduced for Tanks, Airplanes and Artillery

In any assault their would be limited resources. Lets assume a company of tanks, Perhaps 12, Assault aircraft a flight of 9, and 5 Fighters are allotted to each campaign. when they are destroyed they cannot be used. Artillery should be shown on the map and should be venerable to attack by all means perhaps one battery would suffice… The numbers are suggestions and open for debate

This would reward the team and give additional purpose . IE once u eliminate the others fighters your team could concentrate on their assault planes and eventually gain control of the skies, as happened in real life. Now the fighters would have real purposed. The assault planes would give a team a huge advantage if they were unimpeded. Imagine if your tanks destroyed the other teams and now they could better support the ground units. This concept would force peeps into the use if infantry.

The mechanics could be developed once the concept was implemented. I hope vision of limited resources would make the game more interesting and the components more valuable. Imagine if you had a ace pilot on your team, how valuable he would be. I’m not suggesting changing the game just tweaking it’s challenges.

so you just want to play infantry only since a campaign is every match happening in it, and with how new players are easily wasting these resources it would be gone with 1 match turning this game into TF2 or CoD

->Teams have limited vehicle spawns
->Dumb players get all your vehicles killed
->No more vehicles
->Get shafted raw for 20 minutes by enemy CAS/Heavy tanks

I refuse to back another gameplay like Heroes and Generals

Or just reward vehicles on vehicles kill normally, there’s no insentive to do tank or air superiority. You can spend the whole game in a fighter, end up with 5-10 vehicles kills and you’ll end up with 5-10k. Meanwhile farming inf and suicide bombing are litteral power ups rewarded by triple the xp.

from my understanding, vehicles will have to be “FIXED” for each player out side of the game when they are destroyed

Eliminating vehicles such as tanks and planes, already takes a heavy toll on the reenforcement points, there is no need to limit vehicles any further

As others have said, this would just nerf sides with less and newer players more, good luck winning as US in Normandy when some new players just waste your tanks in there stuats against an enemy tiger.

What we could do is a personal respawn timer dependant on the vehicle you choose. So when you spawn in an attacker you have a 5 min cooldown before you can spawn the next (the 5 mins are just a random example), with this light tanks could be brought faster to the field as heavy tanks, which could mean that destroying a heavy tank will have a greater impact on the game. And not the same player just circling through his tanks.

Well, i aint entirelly against it but it has to be done right, it can’t be shared with the team, it has to be player specific, each player has x amount of resources and he can choose to spend it or no, if it is shared among all team what we will se is the same kamikaze wasting everything and new players wasting tanks with their initial vehicles.

This would even fix the kamikazi spam so the player can spawn that plane squad only once so he better care for it or he can’t do it anymore.

I have been already fighting for the tank spawn sometimes but idiots prefer to spawn their own shitty starter tanks instead of my fully upgraded and combat proven tanks so this attrition concept is a bad idea because this will make experienced tankers get angry on noob teammates mindlessly spawning tanks.

Its already annoying with the current system that noob tankers prevent experienced tankers to turn the tables around.
