Well title speaks for itself …Publish the game on Steam it should attract more players

After all, the game is still being tested
well, they aren’t really interested in getting 30% of the cut from sales because of steam.
so… gonna take a while before we’ll see enlisted on steam.
maybe, two years by now.

The “forever beta” card might have worked 10 years ago, but these days everyone sees through the title.

Releasing it on steam WITH pacific would be a very wise choice to say the least.
Would attract a ton more players, and become basically the sole WW2 game that everyone will play, due to it being free

I guess they don’t want to release it yet because there are a lot of things that are being tested and changed over time. Probably a lot of people will see things like g41’s reload animations, robotic movement, brainless bots etc and give a negative review.

You can only release the game on Steam once. Do you honestly think Enlisted is ready to “attract more players”? It isn’t, and I’m being very polite here. Releasing it there may even hurt the game, or developers ego / reputation. Not only reviews can have that effect, but the number of active players as well.
Please don’t do that, free shooting games always attract cheaters. Such as CS:GO and GTA5
This is a double edged sword like sure there are more players but the problem is the quality of play may degrade for a certain amount of time plus veterans like me would be ready to deal with them especially on the enemy team.
Reminds me of Rising Storm 2 on every Steam sale.
