AT gun has low gun depression

AT guns definitely are hard to use in Normandy compared to Moscow because of unlevel ground not letting you place one and poor depression.

@ErikaKalkbrenner proposed nice idea, give AT guns ability to move.
I really like this idea and I’ll include it in my post about squad weapons (I’ve already posted it once, but I “lost” it), after the start of the OBT.
