Partisan smg TM-44

TM-44
image
This was a smg made between 1943-44 made by partisan groups behind German lines converting German air craft pieces to a smgs and spare parts like bike frames or pipes into the TM-44 with a look alike of the PPS-42/43 mag

The Vollmer M1930

few items have been changed between the 26 and 30 model the 30 model was made in Germany during the interwar period it has a rof of 500-600 rpm and example shown with a 32 round between 350-400 where made this the 26 and 30 models combined btw

I think the Vollmer VMP is already in the game, as an gold order, but with a drum magazine

Its different “gun” because the drum is downwards and not sideward and is called 1926.

Yeah but that’s the 1926 model plus those didn’t got a decent amount made compared to the 30

Well no it has a different rof it has fluted barrels usually came with longer barrels unlike the 26 and a lot more produced

The existence of a “Mauser StG-45” was brought to my attention last week and now I really, really want it in-game.

I can only find two actual photos of it, but that hasn’t stopped us before.
Mauser StG-45

I can find virtually no information about it myself unfortunately. Maybe it’s known as a different designation somewhere with more information but if so I can’t find it.

We already have mauser StG-45 ingame, why are two different weapons labeled with the same name?

I think that’s a Walther StG-45, though I could be wrong. These designations for prototypes and experimental weapons definitely get confused. Might just be another iteration of testing the StG-45, trying to incorporate existing MP-40 tooling for efficiency.

It is not, you are speaking of Mkb-42 (w) now.

Yeah you’re right, the StG-45 just has that Walther look with all the fluting.
I actually did just now find it and despite all the MP-40 similarities Forgotten Weapons seems to think that it’s Swiss. I still want it.

Well can you compare a SMG to a AR?

Well knowing nothing about it and applying videogame logic, I would give it similar characteristics to the StG, with a slightly higher rate of fire, a slightly lower muzzle velocity because it appears to have a shorter barrel, and slightly worse recoil since it has a folding stock.

Though if Forgotten Weapons is accurate then we don’t even know what caliber the thing would be chambered in.

Hey man the gun in the image is not German neither is an German STG variant it’s a Swiss prototype they made a lot of prototype AR anyhow the dead give aways that this is not a STG variant is it doesn’t use STG44 mag and that it has a wire stock let me explain having different mag means Germans would have diverted extra resources to make new mag impossible at 1945 beside that mag isn’t as long as STG mag which means that it’s not chambered for 8mm kurz and that means Germany did make a new cartridge which again 1945 Germany wouldn’t want that so if this here is not enough let me explain why wire stock is another give away that this is not a German STG variant so STG’s have their recoil spring located at the butt of the gun meaning inside the wooden stock so this having wire stock means gun had to go through major redesign again Germany is not capable of that though there were STG clones with wire stock most were made by Spain after the war anyhow according to Forgotten weapon the gun uses gas operation while any real German STG variant would have used a roller delayed blowback system anyhow this is not a German gun but a Swiss prototype but the year it’s made is in speculation was made after the German surrender or before if before it would be awesome gold order also there is still STG45(H) to add image below is STG 45(H)

I would lowkey laugh if they added that

Here are more photos from a Russian third-party forum

which I found

It’s probably either a fake or a Swiss experiment.
