Arty Map messed up?

So, I just went in and used my Radio, and when I open the map up it scrolls uncontrollably away from the Point and stops at the map edge and I can’t seem to move it back, the only thing I could do is zoom so far out its almost imposable to set the arty down accurately.

Anyone have a clue on how to fix this or why it’s happening?

See below, as the map was zoomed out from before you can see what I have to work with and what happens when I zoom back in the map starts to move on it’s own, why is it doing this?

this made me realize how really big the map is, and how this game could be played totally different if only the game had more players

There some rule for steam player for being unable to download a launcher withaut steam?
