It would be nice on the Pacific maps for the US, when a radio operator calls in an artillery strike that the response could be from a fire support ship, because historically ships such as destroyers and battle ships would sit offshore and provide fire support. The voice line when artillery is called in now says, “Roger that, artillery, fire!”, whereas they could say something like, “Roger, fire support ships standing by, firing.”
It would be great.
Speaking of voice lines, I miss the ones from the tank crew.
To be frank i want them to add more voices to each soldiers, its still too lacking, (just same person speaking over and over)
more variety on voices would be good. same goes for faces, since Soviet literally shared the same faces with the US. Japan is pretty much the only faction with unique faces
I would like to hear more lines and voices in general
I know I would appreciate something like the Navajo Code talkers calling in Artillery in the pacific
would be a nice touch.
they need to polish not only that, but they also need to make more faction-unique voicelines, such as:
-unique insults and name calling per each faction
-unique responses to getting hit (for example a quick swear after getting shot)
-unique voicelines for radio operators after scoring kills with artillery
-tenno heika banzai should be a standard voiceline for charging as pacific axis
though some voicelines could get replaced or removed, in order to further make every faction be less similar, and less copy-pastey, one voiceline thats a pain to hear is ‘‘alpha and omega’’ for example, its such a cliche copy-paste that makes all factions seem basically the same.
speaking of voices, we should be able to assign voice types to each soldier, so we get different soldier voice when we switch to another soldier, instead of hearing the current voice that accounts for every faction.
oh yes, YES, YES!!!
A broadside salvo with all guns. fire!
And there should be cruisers on each side conducting this barrage.
And even if it was possible to sink enemy ships.
