It seems totally not worth it, its basically an MP40 but semi automatic.

Like get the premium EMP squad in Normandy for free, though plus useless silencers.
its primary weapon, transferrable, its cool for people like me who has purchased all that i wanted … current battlepass weapons are all like that… just low powered semi auto carbines …
that aint very appealing but… ive always wanted and suggested such pistols in this game so it was instant buy for me … ive put it on medic in stalingrad which is even historically accurate … they really used these weapons … well they only had pistols and maybe some had the wooden stock too …
i got no idea what faction you play but that erma with drum is cool to use… for russians i bought only PPK 42 and Berdan… honestly i would welcome more historical rifles like that … currently all semi auto rifles are very cool imo (pedersen, pavesi)… G43 kurz is da best though

The Arty Luger is a meme weapon. It is fun to use, but isn’t something you want to get if you are trying to be effective. I kind of like the way they have the gold weapons some are good for grinding and killing. Some are just fun to use. If you get it my best advice for the weapon is to just hip fire it and stay in the CQB lanes of the maps. I got it for Berlin for this reason, but man it is hard to beat a PPSH with it for sure.
