I was so hype for the Artillery Luger as I wanted it since a long time in the game.
Until I realise it was only for assault?!
I can’t realy use it nor want to buy it because of this.
It’s a meme weapon. It’s basicaly just a german M1 carabine.
Suggestion: Make it usable by semi-auto user.

Honestly, I was hyped too. But it was a wasted Gold order due to it being locked to the assaulter class.
A pure meme weapon.
No different then the twisted logic that a VG1-5 is that class of weapon as well.
Maybe they will change it, but its doubtful.
It must be pistol.
But with standart Luger stats, not improved.
Its somewhat iconic weapon of og irl “assaulter class”, sturmtruppen, maybe thats why. But yeah can be available for any class, the same config but with normal mag will be fun in pistol slot too
The Gun Game event made me steer away from this gun after learning it takes up a spot for your assaulters. It’d definitely be worth the buy if it was marked as a semi-auto and available for every class. Then I’d buy it as a secondary weapon for a rifleman or radioman.
There would be an assualt rifle in the next BP, I’m waiting for that. This thing is a garbage, I would prefer a MP34 over it.

For Radio-Squad or Pilot it would be more usefull
Change weapon class from submachinegun to pistol, but it can be only in primary or secondary weapon slots.
But any class can use it because it’s pistol.
Should apply to all semi auto carbines! Pedersen device rifle, kpb, beretta carbine, s&w light rifle and artillery luger should all be semi auto rifles!

I wish, Vg1.5 was what fg42 is right now.
A weapon avaiable to troopers, radio man’s engineers etc etc.
Vg1-5 deserves more.
VG1-5 should also be allowed to be equipped by assaulter, pilots, tankers , snipers and gunners as well as all classes that uses semi autos change my mind
