I am wondering that when I use arty and I hit a tank directly 4 or 5 times according to the little picture that shows up I hardly if ever get casualties…Is that normal?
Tank are invoulnerable to artillery damage
Actually, they are susceptible to artillery damage, but only in rare cases where RNG does direct hits on the top or engine, or if they are weak armored, I have hit tank with 500lbs bombs and had them bounce because of RNG.

First pz3 and pz4 for me are
Almost invulnerable*. I can recall like 2 maybe 3 times where my Tiger E got blown up by arty
Other tanks don’t seem to have this vulnerability
The picture your seeing is little pieces of shrapnel hitting the tank, those cant kill it unless the actual shell hits it.
