If an airplane crash, you group need to wait a few time to have another airplane.
Even BF have machine-processed, airplane still imba.
But you could do some fight back in BF, not like Enlisted-- you shoot down one airplane, he take another one.
But you are punishing the whole team by this. Trolls will not give a fuk about that. You need to punish the player himself, not the team.

I think ordinary shooting methods are no longer worthy of your arrogance. Why don’t you try to rotate 360° in the air when shooting?
Or simply become the game developer yourself and formulate all the rules according to your game rules

Defend group crash an airplane, cost they nothing.
You see, this is the most simple mathematical problem.
If you play GE in defend group, just take three airplane,dive, bomb, next round.

Not that I’m bothered much by suicide bombers (it’s fun to see how broken the physics is when planes crash), but so many ways to solve it.
One possibility: if you crash a plane without taking considerable damage from enemy (your own bombs don’t count) and without refilling, you can’t spawn planes for 5 minutes and you lose all the XP earned with plane since last refill/spawn. If you crash it again same way then 10 minute spawn delay. Not for team, just for you. Planes aren’t as easy to purchase as Mosin rifles I guess, so make it your top priority to keep them working.
Also at refill an option to “Press X to return to airbase” - in this case you don’t lose your ability to spawn plane again in let’s say 2 minutes if you wish, and you don’t need to suicide to get back to infantry/tank.
I don’t fly so can’t say whether the idea is good enough, but does not feel too bad either.
This post and StarScreeeam’s are both similar and good ideas imo!
I like the “Return to Airbase” idea a lot because sometimes I see that I could be more useful to my team on the ground so I just crash to respawn and help. But with your delay system I would be punished, BUT with the “Return tot Airbase” idea I could fly to the refill point and the spawn on the ground.

Nope, never even played War Thunder. I just heard about Enlisted from a friend, that’s why I showed up. So far, I like it even if some aspects are shit.
As for your comment, I will address it in two parts.
First, you don’t seem to have tried the available counters to planes that are in-game right now. Honestly, outside of a Flak Gun which is very hard to hit consistently, but should one-shot some planes or flying other planes, especially fighter planes. On occasion, I myself have run counter-air operations in my own plane… using a bomber plane.
Second, your post is trash. I understand that being bombed consistently by planes is awful, and I encourage you to suggest counterplay options to be added into the game or pushing for reasonable counterplay options to planes to be added to games.
Ultimately, yes. Your post is pretty much trash… Trash that warranted a wall of text. You were a Closed Beta Tester and I expected better of you, au lieu of this casual dismissiveness. If the mods warn me for calling your two-liner a trash post then let it be known that they support this way of thinking, a way of thinking that may well compromise the game…
And just to make things clear, fuck yeah I don’t want my shit nerfed, the devs just nerfed tanks and I was alternating between my A20 and Jumbo. Why wouldn’t I just flat out not want for everything I do to not be nerfed? Who’s to say you won’t nerf high-tier guns next? Shotguns have already taken a hit and the Winchester wasn’t even anything to write home about…
So yeah, continue disseminating smut in an otherwise-constructive discussion.
Having this ability to would be great, and would help with said mechanic.
I would even go further and limit number of destroyed aircraft per player. You use your Ju87 and if you return to base you can respawn again later, if you die, no more Ju 87 with that pilot in current game. We can have more pilots per aircraft squad, this is even in game and would make sense for someone to research it. This would lead to even more self-conservance and abandonment cheesy tactics.

Just make planes and tanks cost points that you earn by contributing with Infantry. That way the vehicles are more limited. It’s supposed to be an Infantry game anyways. You are good with Infantry, you die, you can spawn in a Plane/Tank. It gets rekt, you don’t have points for another one. You need to go Infantry.
Also a viable idea, but… What if someone is realy bad at infantry and great with tanks and planes? Or realy enjoyes the other two? They should not be pushed out of the game.
Personally in Enlisted, for me it is infantry > plane > tank
Main problem are players who use their plane as a guided rocket and nothing else.

It’s not, at all. Invert Y axis and pull up before you hit the ground. It’s not a tough concept.
Yeeea I’m not a huge fan of them either. The spawncamper artillery losers moved on to planes after arty nerf. I think a good solution would be a limited number of plane spawns per match (2 of each per player or something). This way there would be a cost to losing them, but their power could be left about the same.
(I do still think the big bombs are too big as well, I’ve gotten killed by bombs dropped across a river and behind a house from where I was sitting)
We also need fixed AA. The combination of those things would go a long way imo.
Game simulates shrapnel, so sometimes you really get killed in strange distances.
But, I agree that max bomb should have been 250kg. Everything else is just a tactical nuke. Drop and forget about it.
If the “possibility” exist, till we able to use our bombers like Ace, till we can kill dosens of soldiers. (Even LF bombing is annoying much more…that ruins much games imo).
I think a kinda explosion radius and damage reduction would be great for first steps.

Yea, I think the biggest ones have been giving me the most trouble. Hiding feels pointless when you die 80% of the time anyway. Lack of friendly fire means they can drop them indiscriminately, including on top of their own troops, with no drawback.
