Are audio broken for anyone else? I can't detect direcion of a planes when on the ground

Not only you made AA worse but audio is messed up which means i can’t find planes before they find me because it sounds like it comes from different direction that it’s really coming from. It makes some matches completely unplayable (don’t blame me for deserting half of Normandy matches as Allies). In last match i also encountered invisible plane how fun…

hmmmm. havent noticed that yet.

But ive always had trouble with direction of the other plane, while flying another plane. very disorientating

While flying it’s much easier to detect them at least it echoes in somewhat correct direction even tho they are hard to visually spot, while being on the ground it’s impossible to know from which direction plane is coming it’s so damn annoying and just gamebreaking. And i was wondering why nobody builds AA… Now i know why.

See i feel the same way as on the air or the ground. Can hear it well, but can only pick the 180 degree arc its coming from.

Much easier on the ground as you have the FOV to only have to scan left to right until the red marker shows up miles out. (Shows up through obstacles)

but in the air they can be directly above or bellow and not sound like it.

LoL its so disconcerting cos when you hear a plane you didnt spot. You know they are pretty much in firing range (thanks to bloody lead indicator), you have no idea where they are, and no idea if they are already tracking you lol.

at least on the ground you can almost be 100% certain the pilot has no idea you are there.

Thats my experience anyway
