BRV for sure. Add it right away to the Tech Tree. Germs need that B.

It was considered one of the best naval reconnaissance aircraft of its time, with excellent maneuverability and firepower for a floatplane.
Personally,I would like to see this, but as the A3 or A6 version (both in WT) that have MG FF/M cannons as well,so it could be almost a seaplane BF 109

Yes i was reading an article and it said; The Arado Ar 196, a German reconnaissance floatplane from World War II, was typically armed with:
1 × 20mm MG FF/M cannon in the starboard wing
2 × 7.92mm MG 17 machine guns in the forward fuselage, synchronized to fire through the propeller
1 × 7.92mm MG 15 or MG 81Z machine gun in the rear cockpit for defensive purposes.
It could also carry up to 2 × 50 kg (110 lb) bombs for light attack missions.

This plane is needed as America already have a water plane.
For the sake of balance, it’s ok to argue that x faction doesn’t have a counterpart to y’s.
But a floatplane, of all things, is at the bottom of the list of planes anyone would want for the sake of balance.
