what if there was an event in April where the allies need to fight the ratta or defend the gustov cannon or other weird things like a Russian super tank or even a air battle of mid way?
Last April fools did not see any kind of gaijin styled event as far as I remember.
If we see something interesting in future, it would be nice but given how much work is still left to do around here it is not very likely.
Also, what usually gaijin does in april fools events is testing features that might appear in future. It might be profitable for darkflow to do the same eventually.
Still, I would not push it above what should be a priority
Knowing gaijin, there probably willbe an event like that. Such has the flying saucers of WT.
Darkflow isnt apart of War Thunder Development, the Studios are free to decide upon their event schedule as far as I understood.

It’s true… BUT!
There’s similarities between the events of the two entities. Operation summer for example: WT rewarded players with the same german plane long ago than the one we got in enlisted… for the operation of the same name. It’s quite possible that once the game mechanics are more solid that we start seeing wacky events.
Yes, exactly. There is no guarantee that something like that might ever happen.
All I´m saying is, that sources for inspiration are there if Darkflow would ever want to test ideas without breaking the game completely.

On a side note, 2020 April fools was actually the first alpha public test in berlin.
An year befor that was cuisine royal reveal. And a strange game against aliens I cant remember the name rn.
I m trully interested in the competitive aspect on the event tab with the profil rewards. As long they are fun to do.

for april fools 2022 they should just remove the attacker plane limit and see what happens
