Lets apply Stalingrad uniform selection for Germany for Moscow, Berlin, Stalingrad/Rzhev, Normandy, and, the Bulge because almost all items in Stalingrad selection is historically accurate with other campaigns.

This is the easiest way to expand the selection of German uniforms without making from scratch.

Nope Tunisia uniforms should stay in Tunisia, it would be better to just give appropriate winter clothes for all winter campaigns.
