Apply AA guns buff for AA trucks

I received GAZ AAA 72k with 25mm AA canon from the lootbox and in contrast to engineers one - that canon still has overheat which is pretty unfair.

Please, fix it!

This is not unfair, since the anti-aircraft guns built by engineers cannot be moved.

And give them separate slots since they use precious two tank slots. Once a noob spawn those underpowered vehicles your team has to fight 1 vs 2 tanks

yeah and there might be 20 AA enineer guns vs 2 movable so it’s fair request
