Well, this is the first time my US APC has spawned inside a building. Funny thing, my four US troops who spawned inside this building with no exit were the lucky ones as the rest of the US team was getting shower rapped. So, at least they died virgins. 
I have had 2 German APC’s spawn totally inside buildings in the past year.

I’m afraid you’ve never seen anything more outrageous.
One time my Bren got stuck directly on the side of my teammate’s Sherman tank.
In this way, it became a piece of external armor

I had one where the bren carrier spawned inside a building with no exits in one of the Normandy maps…lol

I’ve had to kill of entire squads when they spawn stuck in a wall or in the side of a trench. I guess it is a game, and games are going to glitch.
