AP Mine Nerf Revert

Limit mines to Engineers, let Engineers build traps, and then let Engineers see and be able to disarm the said trap or mine.

I am itching to dump countless war department documents from WW2 listing all kinds of mines and traps.

They could have unique traps for each nation added to the engineer trees.

Well, if they are going to make AP mines totally worthless, which they have, then either get rid of them entirely as they are a waste of time and not worth 8 silver let alone 800, or give them back their full strength. I would be fine if we limited them to engineers and or maybe one other type of soldier that can carry them. But the way DF did them they are a complete waste of time to deploy when the enemy can step on one, apply a band aid and their fine. :wink:

Funny thing to me is, people bitched about the AP mines so DF made them worthless. People bitch about grey zone tanks, DF does? :thinking: People bitch about DF soft rule, DF does? :thinking: Well, at least with the soft rule DF gives you an excuse. :sweat_smile:

The biggest problem in this game is the idiot infantry with low IQ and low ability who like to launch suicide charges.
Not only do they refuse to work hard for their own survival, but they always push the problem onto the enemy.

Infantry can obviously use bunkers and terrain to solve the problem of bombs and camping, but they prefer to move forward and be killed.
Infantrymen can obviously use explosives to destroy mines, but they always choose to walk directly into the minefield and be blown away.

To sum up the above
I don’t understand why a war-themed PVP game has to make so many nerfs for a bunch of idiots with no IQ and no sense of self-responsibility.

Be nice to AP mines.
They have blood too.
Just look what happens when you destroy one from a distance with an explosive.

I used to get killed a lot at one time by enemy AP mines, which used to frustrate the hell out of me. Then, I got wise and started avoiding all the spots people would normally drop an AP mine and my death rate by AP mines dropped by probably 80%. I got to the point where I did not really worry about dying by them since I was avoiding them. I die far more often from Artillery and grey zone camped tanks then I ever did by AP mines. :rofl: Can’t do much about the Artillery since every person on every team is constantly calling it in, but I can jump in my plane and deal with the tank that just pissed me off. :wink:

You know, when I figured out how to avoid AP mines they were never a problem anymore. First, avoid all the places people like to place them…Like doors…I go through windows instead of doors if possible…avoid stairs if possible, and if not possible, check closely as you proceed up or down the stairs and use your most expendable dude first…Avoid the most obvious rout to the next cap point if your attacking because some will drop AP mines on there way to defend. I do these things and I hardly ever step on an AP mine.

I used to get killed all the time by them and was just as mad and frustrated as everyone else, but unlike everyone else, Instead of bitching to have them removed, I adapted and changed things that I did, and figured that if others were killing me with them, I would do the same. I got pretty good to as I was almost always Explosive master. :rofl:

I am mine user,but not a spammer,I dont have 9 riflemen dropping mines,only engies,snipers have it,at have anti tank mines and rest use tnt charges or funny stick, people complained too much due their own skill issue,I understand the issue with nades or phosporus but man…
