Anyway you can decrease the overheating of the MG42 on the premium halftrack?

Haven’t played for awhile, but once I finally hopped into a match I noticed the overheating on the MG42 for the premium halftrack is still as bad as when it came out, anyway we can get it reduced?

overheat in postscriptum / squad 44:

you try that in enlisted, and after the first burst, it somehow overheats.

so stupid…

it needs to be fixed.

i’d also argue more gun elevation and depression since it also lack that one.

like the one i mentioned and shown:

a night and day difference.

Don’t get me started on the animations either.

but apparently it’s too much to ask…

The same thing happens with the MG34 It is excessively fast that it overheats

All overheat needs massive rework

Over heat and traverse/elevation angles. need some serious love

Both the premium Halftracks are not as cool as they should be

also at release they both had some serious Armor piercing ammunition that got F’d in the A

The aiming angles on the German Half track are hideous. You cant even aim up far enough for low flying planes or some building windows.

The M3 half track should be able to rotate the 50 cal 360 degrees

It’s actually funny how infantry MGs won’t ever overheat. But you literally can’t continuesly fire THIS specific MG even for just 50 rounds.

I really would love to know what’s the idea behind it.
Who actually thought this is the good way how to implement it? Like what the hell.

Used to think the overheat mechanic in BFV was horrible. This is definitely worse.

You can round around with 200 rd lmg and that’s fine.
But a STATIONARY gun? God forbid! This thing needs to be nerfed to oblivion. We can’t allow something that doesn’t move to be strong.

Every. Damn. Game.
I can’t think of any FPS where stationary MGs are actually good. Actually enlisted ones are not as bad as in other games now that I think about it.

Imo it is fine in BF.
Or at least would be if dice wouldn’t overnerf MGs because players cried (and still do judging by some stupid lobbies with gun restrictions).

(Thought ppl camping prone in the corner of a building was annoying I must admit.)

Considering how shoddy overheating is in Enlisted, it definitely is fine in BfV.

And yeah that’s been BF logic for a while now. High ammo count equals low damage… unless it’s an SMG. Getting away from that over nerf made Enlisted unbelievably refreshing as a newcomer.

100% agree with it.
angle and overheated needs a rework
