Hey can any content creator make a review/guide on this new tank, it seems to be a very good alternative to the Panzer 4 D at the moment.
TL;DR:
Cannot be penetrated AT ALL by T-60, and can bounce the 45mm cannon when angled, frontally.
Mobility is slightly better than Pz3E, but has better survivability thanks to this and the smaller profile. Gun is identical otherwise.
It is legitimately the best tank in the campaign unless you want to use the 75/76mm guns on Pz4/T-28.

It’s in hte Moscow campaign - was just watching a twitch stream where Fanatical Freeman was using it to clean up T-60’s
And just how does one acquire this vehicle?

It’s at one of the campaign levels - like other squad types - I can’t open the game at the moment to check which - level 14 perhaps??
No, it’s not a campaign unlockable. In the logistics tab you can buy it for ~1.8k gold

Now I can’t find it - as I said I have seen it used on twitch streams today - so was making an assumption TBH so looked for it - what level it is??!! 
It not on any level. Go to Moscow campaign, choose Axis and open logistics tab. Then go all the way down there and you should find Pz38t
ah - that would be it - thanks - I’m only playing allies ATM so have no tickets in axis and it won’t open the logistic stab - cheers
