One of my characters has a “Medal for special courage and valor in battle,” no idea how I got it, I think I’ve used the character once or twice since adding him to the squad.

Yeah, this character is from twitch drops.

Those soldiers come with a bonus of increasing their own soldier experience and squad experience.
