Anyone know the specifics here? Wanting to know the base amount of health regen so i can figure out if the health regen perk is really worth while as a filler perk.
In my experience usually you can regenerate back to like 25-30% ish if you are lucky to actually get below that and not get knocked down instead
If you max it out you seem to be able to get back to 80%-ish pretty quickly…
BUT
Usually spending 5 points on that perk means you can’t get health upgrade and 80% of non-health upgrade means you will go down/die anyway from basically any single decent hit from anything but a long range SMG
At least that’s my experience
