MicroSoft store doing what it does best and throwing random problems at people.
Sequence of events:
- Bought the Stalingrad campaign + 5000 gold.
- Transaction succesfull, money leaves banks account.
- Spent the gold.
- Without requesting it a refund happened!
- Now my account has negative gold.
- Buy stuff again.
- Great success, money leaves bank account.
- Microsoft cancels.
- MS Support claims “There is no specific reason on why the transaction has been cancelled.”
Normally if the money leaves the bank account then that side is all good. Used this card before for WT and Enlisted content. Never had an issue like this.

*update I’m escalating it with the Xbox Store (as they called it) so there might be an update later.
**update 2. MSoft says it’s the bank, the bank says it’s MSoft. Both payments simply not accepted but went out well according to the bank so they did their side of it. MSoft does what it does best and doesn’t reply further (so far).
Grom, if you read this, anyway to get gold via the Gaijin store for Xbox accounts like in WT? Now my account is essentially locked and can’t play. That’s around a 300-ish Euro account and playing since the Closed CBT.
My name tag makes the link to the CBT so there must be some connection. You mentioned earlier no plans for cross progression like WT but can we at least have gold from the Gaijin store? If only for situations like this?

Figured out how to partially circumvent the MSoft store payment system. Buy yourself a msoft giftcard and then use your account balance to purchase.
