Never had these kinds of issues before so idk if it’s something to do with having more real players in the game or if I’m just crazy or what. Since the merge it feels like every game I’m encountering someone who can just sprint around a corner and melee me while tanking a rifle shot or a dozen smg bullets. or I come up behind someone, unload an automatic weapon and they can somehow whip around and kill me with a bolt action without dying. It genuinely feels like my bullets all have about a seconds worth of delay before they actually connect. Weirdly also seems to be primarily console players I have this issue with.
Yeah I’ve had a lot of misses using the Italian SLR’s that I thought were easy shots - getting hits too of course… but have quickly learned to be a bit more careful with aiming!
I’ve been having some where I’m point blank with my japanese soldiers and shoot clearly at the chest of a dude or even rush right up to them with a melee attack for it to swing but do nothing only for them to shoot me or melee me in return.
I’ve had that happen a handful of times and had a feeling ghost rounds or I guess ghost melees?
I’ve also had issues where my soldier just rushes forwards for a micro second and just swings his weapon for no reason.
The AT launcher of the jp paratroopers seems to have a 50% chance of impacting textures that are 1-2m away diagonally to your side, but nowhere near the actual firing path.
I also feel something is off. But I guess it’s because I use inacurate gun (I can’t find it in data sheet).
I thought it’s just be, indeed something is off with the registration. If I had to guess now there are more people in your server, from different regions. So depending on the region, there goes the hit registration.
