You have another Game who use EAC?
I have also had this problem several times. Try the following procedure:
1st repair attempt via the start page with the open-end wrench repair symbol.
- if this is not successful, proceed as follows:
a. Go to your directory where enlisted is stored and search for EasyAntiCeat_setup.
b. Copy EAC_Setup to the desktop so that you have it directly available in the future. Because the problem can occur again and again after updates.
c. Start the program and repair EAC.
The game should then run without any problems. Please give me a feedback if it helped. It certainly works for me.

at final I just reinstalled the game and EAC, tks a lot
