For XP… as I just said. It follows a logarithmic distribution. So the worst players that get 10 kills in a 30 minute match will still get 1/4 or so of the base XP of the guy who caps every point, gets 200 kills, and wins their team the game
And with 5k target that will be enough to leave the average F2P players with the same reward income (Bronze orders) compared to current mechanic? I doubt.
As I said, lets wait and see. The forum will give us the answer.
Current mechanic takes me 3 matches top fragging every match to complete one of the two hard challenges before the weekly reset of tasks
Quick example, I just had game where I was 2nd in the team so above average performance, we lost but I had some badges.
The reward was 6k exp with premium account - I won 2 bronze orders (earned in full).
In new system, at 5k xp, without premium account, I would won nothing.
Bottom line I don’t have full statistics, no point to argue as Gaijin will do its thing anyway.
Wait, see and we will find out what players will think after implementation.
Who knows, maybe they will break the circle of greed.
Orders for exp will be so much better. Currently tasks just distract gameplay.
Kills with artillery? Uh oh time to sit in corner and spam arty…
Mortar? Same thing…
Rerolls wont help too much cause play X side at X campaing, play lone/squads X times etc will use all rerolls.
Only main task is quaranteed otder per match unless you get capture 1 point as defender.
So many times there is 2 task like play allied at moscow 5 times and play squads at 5 times together.
5 games for 2 bronze orders is just so untewarding
I’m arguing that 5k exp is way too much and will leave f2p players much shorter compared to tasks, not that tasks are better than exp gained orders.
And… lets remember that task will stay anyway and you will need to complete them in order to finish BPs which according to Gaijin are main way to progress.
No. Just NOOOOOOOOOOO
I dont care how I get bronze orders just let me buy silver and special orders with bronze. Three to one or five to one conversion rate.
You never get the stuff you need with RNG…
I agreed. Who wants grind XP when you can get Orders by just completing challenges/missions. I think this is Devs way of forcing more grind so players have to buy a VIP account boost thing. The Free to Play player’s player progression already slow, to begin with. Ganjin please don’t make this game into another War Tunder.
PA: I think when it’s come to the XP-based system we have to consider two kinds of the player base. Players that are willing to spend money on VIP accounts and players who just play the game without spending much money or not at all. 5K XP for one Oder is too much or an FTP player it’s around 4 battles worth of XP for just one Oder. On the other hand, the XP model is much better for those who don’t like to change their play style. IMO I think it’s not a bad idea to just to change the way you play all I am saying is that new system is not gonna be pretty for FTP players.
TBH my theory they change battle task orders to exp for orders becouse it will “force” more players to buy premium account when getting orders will scale with exp gained
players will need to buy premium
it just can be greed
like it can be “we doing it for your good” thing
same stuff is in warthunder
like using some alghorytm to balance repair prices of certain tanks like swedish sam at 9,7 right now is worst and most expensive sam at same time becouse some dumb alghoritm
maybe alghoritms tells they make more money if they force more grind to nonpremium players?
5 k exp for order?it will be more likely 10 000 to get order
so u buy premium to get more exp
like realy they just make anything worse than it will be
In CBT it was 3k for one order. I somewhat agree that it could be changed to encourage buing premium, but saying that they will make it 10k for order is an overstatement.
As a ftp player. Thats one quick 10 minute battle for me. Or 4 in a 30 minute battle. Not 4 battles for 1 order
well maybe it is but there is something fishy about it
and closed beta is a closed beta so its propably set exp for orders for testing purposes
if 3000 was in closed beta and if they change it to 5 k exp or more to get 1 order then gaijin is bunch of liers becouse they changed things to worse knowing its worse just to make $
LMAO what? You literally say it makes sense in one sentence then the next one you call them liars for it
i mean its makes sence as “iT mAkEs sEnSe”
just lets see how they change things
i will prepare to stack those bad & stinky tomatoes in case Gaijin made something worse
