Description: A Chinese Thompson rechambered in 7.62 Tokarev

The 7.62 Thompson will be included in a BR3 premium squad with Chinese voice lines. It will have 4 assaulters, 1 engineer, and 1 AT gunner.

Stats:

  • Damage: (Same as PPD34/38)
  • Velocity: 430 m/s
  • Magazine: 35/105
  • Empty Reload: 2.4, Tactical Reload: 1.9
  • Fire rate: 810rounds/min
  • Recoil: IDK

Why I want this in game:

USA does not have any premium or event assaulter squads in BR3. This would be a good one to include.

Note, I couldn’t find information on muzzle velocity, magazine size, or fire rate so I had to do some guessing. I’m guessing that it used the same magazines as the PPS-42 box magazines.

Edit: Would also be nice to have them speak cantonese instead of mandarin

I think this may be too similar to the current Chinese premium, instead it should be a event squad so free to play players can get access to a Chinese squad.

This is a post WW2 weapon, it is a Chinese made M1921 Thompson modified to take 7.62 tokarev in 1949 as .45 ACP ammo was now rare while 7.62 tokarev was available in mass numbers.

while good find any Chinese weapons chambered for 7.62 tokarev is most likely post war though if I may be so bold I suggest you change the weapon to Taiyuan Arsenal Thompson

Its copy of m1921 Thompson chambered for .45APC(Note behind that there is Chinese M1923 Thompson which we recently got as event)
