Anglo-Soviet invasion of Iran

In September 1939, Iran declared its neutrality in the war. However, due to its cooperation with Germany and its special position (the Persian Corridor), the Allies invaded Iran on August 25, 1941. In this battle, Reza Shah’s weak and small army had no chance of confronting the modern armies of the Soviets and the British. As a result, the capital quickly fell and Reza Shah was exiled.
I think this incident deserves a small event. Here I would like to propose three prizes:

Suomi KP-26(for Germany, BR2), 7.65x21mm, round magazine and 600rpm: This Finnish weapon was built in the mid-1930s for Iran, although it was never delivered to Iran and the order was canceled.

Those inscriptions are not part of the sword, if you’re curious, it says:
“لا فتی الا علی لا سیف الا ذوالفقار”
This is an Arabic phrase, it says there is no bravery like Ali and no sword is as powerful as Zulfiqar. Ali is a holy figure among Shia Muslims (including Iran) and Zulfiqar is the name of his sword. Overall this is a religious text and does not need to be in the game.

The first is the name of the owner of the sword. And the second is a date. Around 1966.
So simply ignore these texts.

This probably deserves a full-fledged event with its own simple map and fixed sets of units on both sides.

Yes, it is unlikely that they will make a whole new map for the sake of a temporary event. Maximum - a neutral map in the style of Tunisia. And if there is a full-fledged map, then after the event is over, it will turn into a PVE mode for the USSR and the allies. Although, perhaps it will be something like the “hunt” mode from the old Star Wars Battlefront 2. (There one of the main game factions fought against the team that controlled the local population of a particular planet)

Yeahh I remember writing about this invasion once when thinking about those USSR desert camo skins. Besides a weapon event I always thought it would make a perfect map for some kind of PvE mode, where you would have to cooperate against waves of bots. Custom game or not, I think it would be great to have

PvE also could introduce other new factions such as China, France or Poland even without a problem
