I’d like to discuss an idea to rework the ammunition in this game to add both depth and complexity to our favorite WWII realism based shooter.
Simply put, and I’ve thought about this a lot, I don’t think people would enjoy running out of ammunition or not having enough to deploy with so I thought ammunition could be more of a modifier like a “talisman” or a buff.
These would be added to the general equipment loot box for added variety.
There would obviously premium ammunition available through limited battle passes and the store.
Some idea for battle pass ammunition would be as follows
Spiked ammo
-50% to explode if weapon is picked up and used by an enemy.
-5% increase in chance to jam
AP ammo
- less flesh damage
-piereces more light cover, wheeled vehicles
Tracers idea

Different color tracers unlockable via premium battle pass reward. A wide variety of tracer colors were used by all sides. Tracer color is dictated by the chemicals used in the round to produce the “glow”.
There are three different types of tracers regarding performance, bright, dim, subdued.
Chemicals used in the tracer reaction are as follows.
Strontium= red
Barium= green
Colors cited as being in use during WWII include: white, red, green, orange, yellow
